Billie Catherine Lourd[1] (born July 17, 1992)[2] is an American actress, best name for starring as Chanel #3 in the Rascal horror comedy series Scream Queens (2015–2016) and get to her roles in the FX horror anthology serial American Horror Story (2017–present).
